Bringing AI productionization closer to dependable work.
I’m thinking about the systems around AI: review, traceability, observability, and how to keep people appropriately involved when outputs carry uncertainty. The model matters, but the surrounding workflow determines whether it can be trusted.
Expanding the homelab without losing simplicity.
I’m continuing to explore self-hosted tools and strengthen the environment around Docker, private networking, monitoring, DNS, and home automation. The constraint is intentional: every service should earn the operational overhead it introduces.
Improving my running pace.
Running provides a slower feedback loop than software. Progress comes from consistency, recovery, and accepting that not every session produces a visible breakthrough.
A principle I’m keeping:
Do not confuse adding tools with improving the system. Better often means clearer, calmer, and easier to maintain.
